Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may request the cancellation of services by contacting our customer support team at the provided contact number or via email at info@findmeout.net
Cancellation requests will be subject to a review process, and approval is at the discretion of Find Me Out Branding Solutions.
If the cancellation is approved, any fees paid in advance will be refunded according to the terms outlined in the refund policy.

Refund requests must be submitted to info@findmeout.net within 3days of the purchase or service activation date.
Refunds will be considered for the following reasons:
- Unsatisfactory service as defined in the service level agreement.
- Inability to deliver the agreed-upon services.
- Any other circumstances deemed eligible by Find Me Out Branding Solutions.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
Find Me Out Branding Solutions reserves the right to reject refund requests if it is determined that the client is in violation of the terms of service or has engaged in fraudulent activity.
